What does coaching mean?

As an arts coach I offer ways to form a new or different perspective. This streches the mind to create gaps where new ideas can form and develop.

One of the processes used is Naikan:

The Naikan reflection process. 
Naikan broadens our view of reality with the following three introspective questions:

1. What have I received from…?

2. What have I given to…?

3. What troubles or difficulties have I caused…? 

By participating and engaging in this process on a regular basis, for example when an artist or business person is having a 'mind blank' and need to push to the next idea... spend five minutes per day on these questions... This process will assist the brain to refresh and be ready for what is coming next!
